Kununaya (tigernut milk)
  1. Pick and wash the tigernut with water
    13011
  2. Soak the tigernut for 24 hours
  3. After the 24hrs, peel the ginger and coconut
  4. Add the ginger and coconut to the soaked tigernut and blend till smooth
  5. Sieve the paste till the liquid is separated from the chaff
  6. Add sugar or honey or date as sweetener
  7. Keep refrigerated! Your delicious kununaya is ready
