- 2 Tuber
- Ginger
- 1 Cup
- Granulated sugar
- Pick and wash the tigernut with water
- Soak the tigernut for 24 hours
- After the 24hrs, peel the ginger and coconut
- Add the ginger and coconut to the soaked tigernut and blend till smooth
- Sieve the paste till the liquid is separated from the chaff
- Add sugar or honey or date as sweetener
