Kulikuli

A northern Nigeria snack made from roasted groundnut and eaten by all

  1. Grinded the roasted groundnut and ginger together till smooth
  2. Drain out the excess oil from the grinded groundnut by squeezing
  3. Use your hand to mold the kulikuli into your desired shape and size
  4. Put oil on fire enough for deep frying and allow it to heat up
  5. Put the molded groundnut inside and fry till golden brown
  6. Your kulikuli is ready
