Jollof rice with fried fish

A sumptuous Jollof rice with a very sweet and spicy fried Titus fish.

  1. Chop your onions

  3. Pound or blend your pepper

  4. Heat up your vegetable oil

  5. Stir in your onions and let it fry for 3 minutes

  9. Add water and let it boil for a minute

  10. Spice with salt,curry, stock cube,thyme, basil,bay leaves

  14. Add water to cover the rice and let it boil till it's ready,check on it occasionally to stir
