1. Wash your meat and steam it. Make sure to leave meat stock for the rice,
2. Add your groundnut oil into a pot
3. Put your sliced onions and thyme(for scent) into the pit and fry till your onions is light purple.
3. Add your tin tomatoes into the pot.
4. Grind your crayfish, fresh pepper, ginger and garlic
5. Add your grinded crayfish and pepper into the pot and stir properly.
6. Add your curry
7. Add your seasoning cubes
8. Add salt to taste
9. Add the meat stock you got from steaming the meat and stir properly.
10. Add your washed rice into the pot and stir properly to make sure the tomatoes goes round. Add enough water to be able to cook the rice.
11. Close your pot tightly so the ingredients stays in the pot.
12. Once the water in the rice is dry, turn the rice properly. Your jollof rice is ready.
