- Parboil your white rice
- Once it’s done parboiling in a clean pot add in your vegetable oil
- Allow it heat then add in your chopped onions and allow to heat add in your tin tomatoes
- Fry for 15 minutes add in your meat stock crayfish and other ingredients
- The water added should be equated to how tender or hard the rice is
- Allow the mixture to cook a bit add in your rice
- Wait till the water is totally drained on low heat
- Taste and serve
