Jollof Rice

An African delicacy

  1. Parboil your white rice
  2. Once it’s done parboiling in a clean pot add in your vegetable oil
  3. Allow it heat then add in your chopped onions and allow to heat add in your tin tomatoes
  4. Fry for 15 minutes add in your meat stock crayfish and other ingredients
  5. The water added should be equated to how tender or hard the rice is
  6. Allow the mixture to cook a bit add in your rice
  7. Wait till the water is totally drained on low heat
  8. Taste and serve
