- Parboil rice and drain the water
- Fry onions and pepper and add tomato paste
- Add water and seasoning to taste
- Add rice to the boiling water and allow it to cook
- Cut liver into desired shapes and sizes
- Wash and spice it up adding seasonings
- Add onions, garlic and pepper
- Add oil and bell pepper 🫑
- Serve hot with jellof rice
