Jellof rice with Liver sauce
  1. Parboil rice and drain the water
  2. Fry onions and pepper and add tomato paste
  3. Add water and seasoning to taste
  4. Add rice to the boiling water and allow it to cook
  5. Cut liver into desired shapes and sizes
  6. Wash and spice it up adding seasonings
  7. Add onions, garlic and pepper
  8. Add oil and bell pepper 🫑
  9. Serve hot with jellof rice
