Seasoning cube of choice

Italian pasta salad

This pasta salad is a fusion of my African flare and the Italian traditional recipe

  1. Boil pasta according to instructions on the label, be mindful not to over cook , strain and add ice water to rinse, drain and refrigerate
  2. Dice tomatoes, green pepper, pineapple, onions and set aside
  3. Slice olives and set aside, drain and rinse red kidney beans and also set aside
  4. Make dressing by mixing mayonnaise, black pepper, suya pepper, seasoning cube ( optional), lemon juice together
  5. Mix pasta, vegetable, dressing and drain tuna and add , mix and adjust seasoning to taste
