Indomie noodles is one of the most sort after noodles in Nigeria, when you talk about taste,it has it, talk about texture,100 percent
I mean everyone loves Indomie noodles, follow me as we prepare Indomie noodles in a very simple but delicious way
- Boil Water: Pour an adequate amount of water (enough to submerge the noodles) into a pot and bring it to a boil.
- Prepare Ingredients: While waiting for the water to boil, prepare your ingredients. Chop vegetables(onions and peppers)into desired sizes.
- Add Noodles: Once the water is boiling, add the Indomie noodles to the pot. Allow them to cook for about 3 minutes or until they are soft but still firm to the bite. Be careful not to overcook them.
- Add your chopped up veggies (onions and peppers) and the seasoning that came with the noodles to the pot
- Add half cooking spoon of vegetable oil, cover, allow to cook for another minute, your indomie noodles is ready.
- Now, it's time to fry your eggs, pour in 1 cooking spoon of vegetable oil in a heated frying pan
- Pour in your beaten eggs, already seasoned to your taste, cook one side until golden brown, then flip to cook the other side.
- To the same frying pan,add enough vegetable oil to fry your already cut ripe plantain, pour in the plantain once the oil is hot and allow to fry until golden brown and yummy
- Serve all in a plate and enjoy
