Yogurts is basically fermented milk which is sweetened and flavored as desired. Make yours in the comfort of your home using this very simple recipe.
- In a bowl, add 3 cups of milk
- Add in 6 cups of water and stir properly to dissolve all lumps
- Transfer to a stove top and heat up till it’s almost boiling, while stirring continuously.
- Turn off heat and transfer milk to a bowl and let it cool to a really lukewarm temperature.
- Prepare your Yogourmet Sachet culture
- Dilute the culture powder with some of your warm milk and pour back into the main bowl
- Cover tightly and keep in a very warm place and let it incubate for 6-8hrs.
- Yogurt is ready. Sweeten or flavor as desired
