Homemade Yogurt

Yogurts is basically fermented milk which is sweetened and flavored as desired. Make yours in the comfort of your home using this very simple recipe.

  1. In a bowl, add 3 cups of milk

  2. Add in 6 cups of water and stir properly to dissolve all lumps

  3. Transfer to a stove top and heat up till it’s almost boiling, while stirring continuously.

  4. Turn off heat and transfer milk to a bowl and let it cool to a really lukewarm temperature.

  6. Dilute the culture powder with some of your warm milk and pour back into the main bowl

  7. Cover tightly and keep in a very warm place and let it incubate for 6-8hrs.
