- In a pan, heat a small amount of cooking oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and chopped red onion to the pan. Sauté until they become fragrant and the onion turns translucent.

- Stir in the curry powder, knorr seasoning cubeand salt. Mix well with the onion and tomato mixture.
- Add the diced Irish potatoes, carrot, and green peas to the pan. Stir to coat them with the spice mixture.
