- Seasoning cubes
- 1 Teaspoon
- Salt
- 1 Teaspoon
- Paprika
- 3 Tablespoon
- Vegetable oil
- 1 Teaspoon
- Curry
- 1 Cup
- Pepper blend
- Wash and clean the fish then pat it dry with a paper towel
- Put a pan on fire, add in the vegetable oil and allow it to heat up
- Then add in the onions and pepper blend along with seasoning cubes, salt, curry powder and allow it to fry
- Sprinkle salt on the fish and rub it all over the fish
- Sprinkle the paprika on it and rub the fried stew on the fish
- Put onions inside the fish and wrap with foil
- Roast in an oven or grill for 45 minutes, change the sides after 30 minutes
