Dice bell peppers
In a pot, pour in your gizzard
Add onion and seasoning, marinate
Add water and allow to cook
Dice your cooked gizzard in big cubes
Fry it and set aside
Dice plantain in cubes, fry and set aside
Rough blend your Tatashe and scotch bonnet pepper separately and set aside
Chop your onions, garlic ginger and set aside
In a pot add oil, garlic , ginger , onion and fry
Add in your Tatashe and fry for 3 minutes before adding your scotch bonnet
Fry for about 5-7mins then you add your seasoning
Add in your gizzard and give it a good mix
Add your plantain and stir for about 5 minutes
Add your bell peppers and stir for 3 minutes
And your gizzdodo is ready.
