Simple Nigerian recipe, known for nutrition and good taste

  1. Clean fresh frozen gizzard

  2. In a cooking pot pour in fresh clean gizzards,minced garlic, and ginger, salt , crayfish, pepper paste, cover allow to simmer for 20minutes
