- Palm oil
- 2 Teaspoon
- Knorr Maggi seasoning
- Clean fresh frozen gizzard
- In a cooking pot pour in fresh clean gizzards,minced garlic, and ginger, salt , crayfish, pepper paste, cover allow to simmer for 20minutes
- After some minutes open pot add palm oil allow to cook for 2-3minutes
- Pour in fresh spinach or fresh frozen spinach, and allow to cook for another 3-5minutes
- Allow to simmer under low heat then turn off heat.soup is ready
