- Egg
- Chop the onions, grate the scotch bonnet
- Put some vegetable oil on fire
- Then add in the chopped onions and fry till translucent
- Then add in the scotch bonnet pepper and salt. Stir to combine and allow to fry for 3 minutes
- Afterwards, add in the geisha. Stir together and leave to fry for a minute or two
- Now, add in the raw eggs. Stir fry continually till everything is well incorporated and the egg is done
- Your geisha Egg Sauce is ready! Can be eaten with potato, yam, noodles etc
