This is a sauce made from the green garden eggs , garden egg is rich in nutrients which involves benefits for the heart health and reduces the risk of high blood pressure. It is low in calories so it’ll help to contribute to a low calorie diet.
- Wash your garden eggs and add that to a pot.
- Go in with a bowl of water, cover the pot and allow the garden egg to cook.
- When the garden egg is soft take it out .
- Put it in. a food processor or mortar or a high quality blender. if you don't have any put it in a bowl and mash using a masher.
- Add some palm oil into the pot
- Go in with some tomato paste and chopped onions and stir fry.
- Go in with some smoked fish, Pomo and blended pepper
- Add some crayfish, blended or not blended.
- Fry this very well till everything is well combined and some seasoning and salt to taste.
- Then add your mashed garden eggs
- Mix to combine and allow to cook for 5 minutes.
- Your sauce is ready serve with some potatoes, yam or even rice.
