Fruity Sorrel drink (without sugar)

A nice blend between a plain zobo and fruit juice. It’s so healthy and it’s sugar free

  1. Wash the sorrel (zobo) leaves very well. Wash up to 4 times
  2. Wash the pineapple with the skin very well and cut. Please don't discard the pineapple peel
  3. Wash the ginger very well and grate with the skin on
  4. Peel the orange and squeeze out the juice. We only need the orange juice. Put it in a chiller
  5. Put the washed sorrel (zobo) leaves in a pot and add in some water
  6. Add In the pineapple peel, grated ginger and allow it to simmer for 30 minutes
  7. While it's simmering, blend your pineapple and strain and put in a chiller
  8. Once the sorrel drink is ready, allow it to cool down
  9. Then strain with a sieve and cheese cloth
  10. Once you have gotten a nice, smooth sorrel drink, you will add in the pineapple and orange juice and stir very well
  11. Now add in your date powder and stir till everything is well incorporated
  12. Your fruity Sorrel drink is ready
  13. Serving; slice and chop the red apple and water melon
  14. Put in some ice, add the chopped fruits and serve your sorrel drink on top
  15. I assure you that this will be the best sorrel drink that you have ever tasted
