Fried Yam aka DunDun

A yummy yam snack

  1. Get your yam, cut and peel off the skin

  2. Then chop into flat, thin pieces

  3. Rinse with water and salt till it is clean

  4. Drain the water and sprinkle in some salt and pepper (pepper is optional)

  5. Mix till the yam is well coated with the salt and pepper

  6. Heat up the oil and fry the yam on both sides

  7. Remove from the oil! Serve and Enjoy 😊
