- Get your yam, cut and peel off the skin
- Then chop into flat, thin pieces
- Rinse with water and salt till it is clean
- Drain the water and sprinkle in some salt and pepper (pepper is optional)
- Mix till the yam is well coated with the salt and pepper
- Heat up the oil and fry the yam on both sides
- Remove from the oil! Serve and Enjoy 😊
