Unripe plantain! Yes, you heard me right, unripe plantain with pepper sauce, give this recipe a try and you’ll thank me later because it’s very delicious
- Wash and peel your plantain, slice to the size of your choice,then season with salt. Set aside
- Heat up red oil in a frying pan, pour in the sliced plantain once the oil is hot enough,fry till the plantain is well cooked and a little crispy. Then remove from oil and let it cool
- Prepare your pepper sauce ingredients by cutting your onions
- Crush your pepper with a grater so as to get a rough texture
- Heat up red oil in a small pot, pour in the onions,fry for 3 minutes,pour in the pepper, season well with salt, fry for 5 more minutes
- Once the pepper is well cooked, put off fire and serve alongside the fried unripe plantain. Enjoy
