Fried rice is a traditional Chinese preparation of cooked rice…it is a dish of cooked rice that has been stir fried
- Firstly get all your ingredients ready and keep aside
- Then parboil your rice , wash and cook again, but before cooking, add your chicken broth/ stock to the rice, thyme, curry, salt and seasoning and cook till it’s soft
- Then on another pot/ pan…. Cook on a low heat, pour some oil, your onions, spring onions, carrot, green pepper and beans, sweet corn , hot dogs, curry, seasoning, salt and stir all together and allow to cook for few minutes
- Then transfer your mixed veggies to your rice and mix all together
- It can be served with chicken, salad or anything of your choice
