Fried rice is a special dish eaten at events, it’s colorful combo is just so calling and can be served with any protein of choice.
- 1. Get your veggies(carrots, green beans, scotch bonnet pepper, green pepper, onion) ready and cut them into your desired and right sizes.
- 2. Rinse, marinate your chicken with seasoning and spices, then cook. When done deepfry it with vegetable oil then prepare a stew and add your chicken into it.
- 3. wash your rice drain completely, put a pot on the cooker add little oil, pour rice, let it fry, then add your curry, thyme and chicken stock, leave to cook well but not too soft.
- 4.Get a frying pan, add a dash of oil, diced veggies and stir fry, add little seasoning and salt.
- 5. Divide your rice and veggies, pour in part of the divided veggies into the other divided rice and mix all well, pour the remaining rice and veggies mix it all together very well.
- 6. Your fried rice is ready. Serve with your fried peppered chicken and coleslaw.
