What is a holiday In Nigerian homes without Nigerian fried rice? This recipe I’m about to share is the best so far and it is bomb!
- In a pot add add your chicken and liver into a pot
- add some blended peppers ad onions ,seasoning and water . stir to mix everything
- after your protein is ready, chop the liver into mall chunks
- then air fry it or fry with some vegetable oil
- in another pot add some vegetable ad onions, fry for 1 minute . then go in with your washed rice , blended peppers and curry powder
- stir fry this for 5 minutes
- add your stock the mix and cover to cook
- the your rice is ready check to see if it is soft and tasty
- in another pan ,melt some butter, then fry your carrots, peas,sweet corn and green peppers. stir fry for 4 minutes of medium heat.
- then add your cooked rice ad stir fry.
- add your fried liver and stir fry for 5 minutes
- frying will help your rice cook more and look grainy.
- serve your fried rice and enjoy!
