Put pot on fire and add the vegetable oil
To the oil, add in your thyme, curry and fried rice spice and stir continually to prevent it from getting burnt
Add in water, and stir then cover and allow it to boil for 5 minutes
Wash and rainsed your rice into the boiling water on fire. Then add salt and seasoning powder
Cover it and allow it to cook for 30 minutes
While it's cooking, cut and wash the green beans, carrot's, bell pepper, scotch bonnet.
Drain out the water from the sweet corn and kidney beans
5 minutes before the rice is ready, put a frying pan on fire and add in little vegetable oil, then your chopped vegetable, and in a pinch of salt, curry powder and fry
Once the water in the rice has dried up add in your fried vegetables to the rice and stir everything together.
Turn off the gas and Wala 😊 your fried rice is ready
