- Vegetable oil
- 1 Teaspoon
- Seasoning and salt
- Peel off the potato back, rinse and cut into desired shapes.
- Place your pan on fire, add in your oil and fry.
- When it's ready, gently place in a dry sieve to remove excess oil and set aside
- Break eggs in a plate.whisk and add seasoning, salt.
- Slice onion, tomatoes and pepper
- Place a dry pan on fire,heat up add groundnut once it's hot add onion,pepper,curry and tomatoes.
- Fry for 3mins and pour in the egg.
- Stir and fry and put off the heat once it's done. Breakfast is ready!
