Fried plantain known as dodo is a healthy meal and it has vitamins and minerals… it can be served with anything of your choice
- Firstly wash, peel and slice your plantains and add salt to taste
- Mix all together, then fry on a low heat to prevent it from burning
- It can be served with anything of your choice …. Mine was served with chicken sauce
