Fried plantains and chicken sauce

Fried plantain known as dodo is a healthy meal and it has vitamins and minerals… it can be served with anything of your choice

  1. Firstly wash, peel and slice your plantains and add salt to taste
  2. Mix all together, then fry on a low heat to prevent it from burning
  3. It can be served with anything of your choice …. Mine was served with chicken sauce
