Do you crave for a healthy breakfast? This sumptuous dish will make you want more. Enjoy this delicious plantain and vegetable sauce to start up your day as it is loaded with a lot of vitamins. It is a meal for all!
- Chop your ugwu leaves, pepper, onions and tomatoes
- Heat up your pan on medium and begin to fry the plantain until underneath is brown. Flip to the other side until frying
- For the vegetables, put up a pan on low heat and add little amount of oil
- Fry the onions for 3 minutes before adding your pepper and fresh tomatoes. Fry for 8 minutes on medium heat
- Add your vegetable, salt, seasoning cubes and crayfish to taste. Set aside
