Fried Plantain and egg is a nice breakfast recipe with it embedded nutrients carbohydrate and protein which is healthy for the body.
- 1. Peel and slice the plantain.(add pinch of salt, not necessary tho).
- 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan,gradually put the plantain and fry with a medium heat.
- 3. Fry till is turns brown and flip the other side to fry.select out and put the sieve to drain out the oil.
- 4. Crack the eggs in a bowl,whisk very well add salt, seasoning.
- 5. Wash and slice the onion,fresh pepper and fresh tomatoes, pour into your whisked egg.
- 6. Heat up vegetable oil and pour your egg mixture, fry flat.
- 7. Once done serve your breakfast is ready!
