- Fish
- 1 Teaspoon
- Salt
- 1 Teaspoon
- Paprika
- 1 Teaspoon
- Black pepper
- 2 Cup
- Vegetable oil

- Cut and wash the fish
- Season with salt, seasoning cubes, paprika, black pepper
- Put oil on fire and allow to heat up
- Add in your fish in batch and turn it when the other side is completely fried
- Note; when you notice the fish is sticking to the pot, it means it is not ready. Leave and allow it to fry till it is easy to turn
- Your fried fish is ready! You can eat it with garri or with any meal of choice
