How to fry fish without it breaking

  1. Cut and wash the fish
  2. Season with salt, seasoning cubes, paprika, black pepper
  3. Put oil on fire and allow to heat up
  4. Add in your fish in batch and turn it when the other side is completely fried
  5. Note; when you notice the fish is sticking to the pot, it means it is not ready. Leave and allow it to fry till it is easy to turn
  6. Your fried fish is ready! You can eat it with garri or with any meal of choice
