Fried beans

This is a beans recipe you will love

  1. Pick the beans and wash it
  2. Put in the beans in a pot and add in water
  3. Cover and allow it to cook for 35 minutes
  4. While it's cooking, wash and rinse your Scotch bonnet, onions and green pepper
  5. Then grate the scotch bonnet roughly, slice the onions and chop the green pepper
  6. Also scrap off the dirt from your Ponmo, wash with warm water and salt, chop into bite size.
  7. Put the diced Ponmo in a pot, add water. Cover and allow it to boil till soft
  8. When the beans is ready, drain off the excess water and set aside
  9. Put a pot on fire, add in some vegetable oil
  10. Add in the sliced onions and allow it to fry till translucent
  11. Then add in your scotch bonnet pepper and the Ponmo and mix
  12. Add in salt, seasoning powder and crayfish and mix everything together and allow to fry
  13. After 7 minutes, add in your cooked beans and stir till it's well coated
  14. Allow this to fry together with the stew for just 5 minutes
