Scrap the back of the shaki with hot water and a sharp knife till it's white
Rinse the liver very well
Put the shaki and liver in a pot
Add meat seasoning, salt, curry, thyme and paprika and mix
Add in onions and chilli pepper and mix
Put the pot on fire on medium heat
Add in some water and cover the pot. Allow it to cook for 40 minutes
After the 40 minutes, drain the excess water out of the pot
Put vegetable oil in a pan or pot enough to deep fry
Allow the oil to heat up
Add in the assorted meats and fry till all sides are well fried
