- 1 Cup
- Pepper mix(fresh pepper, ginger and garlic)
- 2 Gram
- Tomato paste
- 1 Cup
- Vegetable oil
- 2 Gram
- Stock cube
- 2 Tablespoon
- Curry and thyme
- 1 Teaspoon
- Dried basil leaves
- Heat up vegetable oil,fry fish for 5 minutes on each side and set aside.
- Fry your onions untill soft
- Add in your pepper mix(fresh pepper,ginger, garlic)and fry for 3 minutes
- Add your tomato paste and fry for 2 minutes
- Add little water and your spices(salt, stock cube,curry,thyme, dried basil leaves),allow to fry for 3 minutes
- Add in your fresh Titus fish and your sardines..allow to fry for 3 minutes and your sauce is ready
- Serve and enjoy with any rice,yam,bread e.t.c
