For the filling, pour out your sardines/ mackerel and pieces it
On a low heat, pour some oil on a pan, add your onions, curry , thyme, pepper, seasoning and stir all together
Then add your mackerel/ sardines fish and stir all together and leave for few minutes
For the dough, mix for the dry ingredients together ( flour, butter, nutmeg, salt and sugar) using your mixer
Then pour your milk and egg into the dry mixture , then add water little by little until a dough is smoothly formed
Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead till u get a smooth dough and take it back to the bowl and cover and leave for 30mins
After 30mins, placed it back in a floured surface, and divide into different pieces and roll
Add 1 tablespoon of your filling in each rolled dough and fold
Heat your groundnut oil and fry till you get a golden brown
