Fio Fio with Sweet potatoes

A refreshing African dish

  1. Pick your pigeon peas and remove dirt
  2. Parboil in water then bring down and wash
  3. Boil a pot of clean water when it’s boiling pour in your fio fio
  4. While it’s cooking prep your sweet potatoes onions pepper and red oil
  5. Boil already cut sweet potatoes till it’s done and when the fio fio is done bring down too
  6. In a dry pot add one and half cup of red oil add in your onions maggi and salt
  7. On very low heat add in your fio fio and the the already cooked and sliced potatoes
  8. Mix together and check for taste
  9. Serve and enjoy
