Ewedu soup

A slimy and drawy ewedu soup recipe

  1. Pluck the ewedu leaves from the stalk
  2. Wash with warm water to remove the dirts
  3. Put the washed ewedu in a blender, add little water and blend
  4. Pour the blended ewedu into a pot on fire
  5. Add in blended crayfish, salt, seasoning powder and locust beans
  6. Allow to cook for 5 minutes
  7. Your ewedu soup is ready
