- Fresh Ewedu leaves
- 3 Tablespoon
- Locust beans
- 1 Teaspoon
- Seasoning powder
- 1 Teaspoon
- Salt
- 1 Tablespoon
- Blended crayfish
- 1 Cup
- Water
- Pluck the ewedu leaves from the stalk
- Wash with warm water to remove the dirts
- Put the washed ewedu in a blender, add little water and blend
- Pour the blended ewedu into a pot on fire
- Add in blended crayfish, salt, seasoning powder and locust beans
- Allow to cook for 5 minutes
- Your ewedu soup is ready
