- 2 Cup
- Beans
- 1 Teaspoon
- Salt
- 5 Cup
- Water
- 1 Cup
- Pepper blend
- 1 Teaspoon
- Seasoning powder
- 1 Teaspoon
- Salt

- Smoked fish
- Pick the beans and wash it
- Put in a pot and add water and salt
- Allow it to cook till beans is extremely soft
- For the sauce, roughly blend the pepper & onions
- Put palm oil in a pan and let it bleach
- After bleaching, allow the oil to cool down
- Put the oil back on fire and add in your roughly blended pepper and onions
- Add seasoning cubes and salt and allow to fry for 5 minutes
- Add in the deboned smoked fish and stir
- Allow the sauce to fry till you can see the oil floating
- Your ewa agoyin and sauce is ready
