Egusi soup with tuwo semo

Egusi soup is insanely delicious and easy to make. Let me show you how to cook Egusi soup in easy steps. Serve this Nigerian food with Tuwo, pounded yam, amala,Eva etc.Mine I’m topping it with Tuwo Semo

  1. Step 1: Boil your chevon together with your pbomo,,stock fish and smoked fish add a little of salt and 1 Maggi cube allow to cook for 20minutes.
  2. Step 2:Place your pot on fire and add palm oil and fry for some seconds add your blended melon and Grated pepper and onion.Add your seasoning and then get your boiled meat, pbomo and fish and pour it inside.
  3. Step 3: Get your washed Ogu leave and add it inside your soup and allow it to cook for 5mins.After that your Egusi soup is ready to serve with Tuwo semo
