Seasoning powder

Egusi soup

A boiled Egusi soup

  1. Put water in a pot and add the pepper blend, seasoning powder and salt
  2. Allow it to boil for 7 minutes on medium to low heat
  3. Add in your Egusi, crayfish and stir. Cover the pot and allow it cook
  4. After 7 minutes, add in your palm oil. Allow to cook for 3 minutes
  5. Your boiled Egusi is ready
