- Melon (Egusi)
- 1 Cooking spoon
- Palm oil
- 1 Cup
- Water
- 1 Teaspoon
- Seasoning powder
- 1 Teaspoon
- Salt
- 2 Tablespoon
- Blended crayfish
- 1 Cooking spoon
- Pepper blend (Atarodo, onions, tatashe)
- Put water in a pot and add the pepper blend, seasoning powder and salt
- Allow it to boil for 7 minutes on medium to low heat
- Add in your Egusi, crayfish and stir. Cover the pot and allow it cook
- After 7 minutes, add in your palm oil. Allow to cook for 3 minutes
- Your boiled Egusi is ready
