Sieve your dry ingredients into a bowl ( flour, baking powder, nutmeg)
Mix everything together and add in the margarine and mix
Then you will add in the beaten egg and mix together
Afterwards, you will start adding your milk little by little till you get a soft and sticky but still workable
Knead the dough and allow it to rest for 15 minutes
Cut the dough into round shapes, put in the boiled egg and wrap till the egg is fully covered
Put vegetable oil enought for deep frying in the pan.
Allow it to heat up but not get too hot
Put in your egg roll in batches and allow to fry on each side till it has a golden brown color
Serve and Enjoy hot with tea or eat it alone
