Egg coated fried potato

My kids love this food for breakfast and sometimes for school.

  1. After peeling my potato, I decide each into 2 or 3 equals, washed and added salt and water in a pot, cooked for like 10 minutes.
  2. In a bowl I break 3 eggs, I add little a pinch of seasoned pepper powder, ginger and garlic powder and whisk.
  3. When my potato is done, I seive it and let it cool, I put my frying pan on a medium heat and added some oil.
  4. When the oil is hot, coat your potatoes in a flour then in an egg then in hot oil, flip to other side until golden brown. Repeat the step until you are done.
  5. Serve in a plate with ketchup or sauce.
