- Chop beef into biteable sizes
- Chop your onions
- Slice your pepper
- Dice your carrots
- Marinate your beef for 10-15 minutes with curry, thyme, chili pepper, soy sauce, and turmeric
- In a pan, add your oil and stir-fry your beef for about 3 minutes, add your onions, carrot, pepper, and tomatoes. Cook for 3 minutes and crack 3 eggs into it and cook for 3 minutes.
