Egg beef sauce

This a recipe that allows you to enjoy eggs and beef alongside all delicious vegetables.

This recipe can be eaten with rice or yam and can be used as a tortilla filling.

  1. Chop beef into biteable sizes

  5. Marinate your beef for 10-15 minutes with curry, thyme, chili pepper, soy sauce, and turmeric
  6. In a pan, add your oil and stir-fry your beef for about 3 minutes, add your onions, carrot, pepper, and tomatoes. Cook for 3 minutes and crack 3 eggs into it and cook for 3 minutes.
