Efo riro is commonly eating by the south-western part of Nigeria. It can be used to eat any kind of swallow, Rice, and so on. It’s always look good and taste delicious.
- - heat up your clean cooking pot
- - Add/ pour in your red oil into the pot.
- - Add your slice onion, saute about 5 seconds,then add your locust bean and saute about 10 seconds
- - Pour in your rough blended pepper into the pot and allow it to fry for some minutes
- - Add up your proteins ( meats, fish, diced pommo, crayfish) into it.
- - Compliment it with your seasoning cube and salt
- Finally, add up your your washed and neatly slice vegetables into it. Stir it up and cover your pot for 2-3 seconds.
- Turn off the heat and bring down your pot. The vegetable soup is ready for serving.
