That can be enjoyed with any swallow
- Wash your vegetables well and leave on rack to drain excess water
- Blend your pepper and wash all your protein and boil all the necessary ones
- Set all your ingredients together so you are not forgetting anything, dice your vegetables into desired size
- Put ur oil on fire, add locust beans allow to fry for a minute, add all your protein,allow to fry for few minutes , add your crayfish and add pepper , bring to cook
- When your pepper and protein is well cooked start adding your vegetables to it and keep stirring, when your vegetables is well incorporated into your pepper mix allow to simmer for 2 minutes and your efo riro is ready
