Edikang Ikong (Vegetable soup )
  • This vegetable soup recipe is made using Ikong Ubong (pumpkin leaves or ugwu) and waterleaf.
  1. Put in your already boiled meat in the pot, with the stock and periwinkle

  2. Add crayfish,stock cube, pepper,salt,and palm oil. Turn on heat and allow to cook for 10 minutes

  6. Add in crayfish if needed and palm oil

  7. Allow to cook for 3 minutes,put off heat.. food is ready
