- Prepare the eba by adding garri to hot water and mix then set aside
- Prepare the ewedu. In a small pot add little quantity of water then add kaun to boil.
- Wash the ewedu leaves and add it to the boiling water. Allow the ewedu to become soft tender then use ijabe or blender to blend it
- After well blended add salt and locust bean then set aside
- In a saucepan add all the blended pepper, tomatos and onion together
- Add the fried chicken then all spices to taste
- Cook for 15min and enjoy
