Eba, ewedu with soup

Delicious

  1. Prepare the eba by adding garri to hot water and mix then set aside
  2. Prepare the ewedu. In a small pot add little quantity of water then add kaun to boil.
  3. Wash the ewedu leaves and add it to the boiling water. Allow the ewedu to become soft tender then use ijabe or blender to blend it
  4. After well blended add salt and locust bean then set aside
  5. In a saucepan add all the blended pepper, tomatos and onion together
  6. Add the fried chicken then all spices to taste
  7. Cook for 15min and enjoy
