- Cut the unripe plantains into small pieces and cook them in a pot with water and salt until tender. Set aside.
- Heat palm oil in a pot.Add sliced onions, stir a bit, and add sliced tomatoes. Stir for a few seconds.
- Add pepper, Ugba, seasoning cube, and salt to taste. Stir till desired taste and your sauce is ready!!!..
- Plate the cooked plantains and top them with the prepared sauce.
