Wash your rice and soak it in hot water for 5 minutes. In a pot add some vegetable oil, go in with your washed rice and fry for 5 minutes.
Go in with some herbs, parsley. basil, thyme and rosemary to add flavour to the rice. Stir very well to combine.
A dd some chicken broth or any broth you have available., stir very well then cover for the rice to cook till properly dried. Take the rice out of the fire.
Ina pan melt some butter, then go in with your chopped bell peppers, sweet corn, peas, carrots etc , any vegetable of your choice id fine. Fry this for 3-5 minutes .
Go in again with your rice and fold in the vegetables with the rice and combine properly.
Combine properly till all vegetables are evenly distributed. Your easy fried rice is ready!
