In a bowl, add yeast, sugar and half of the warm milk and mix. Cover and leave in a warm place
In another bowl, mix flour and salt together
To the dry ingredients, add egg, melted margarine and remaining half of the milk and the yeast mixture
Knead very well till a sticky dough is formed
Grease a bowl, place the dough inside and cover for atleast a hour
Bring out the bowl, flatten it with your palms and knead again on a floured counter or board
Cut the dough and form into balls
Cover and allow it to rise for another 30 minutes
Put oil enough for deep frying in a deep pot
Fry your doughnuts till it is light brown
Your delicious doughnut is ready
