- In a big covered bowl, add in the flour, sugar, milk flavour together
- In another bowl Pour in the lukewarm water, yeast and mix with melted butter, whisk together
- Create a center in the middle of flour mixture and pour in the wet ingredients. Mix thoroughly until it form a dough
- Knead the dough on the working surface and cover until its double in size
- Cut into your desire shape using doughnut cutter or any cutter shape. Cover again and allow it to rise
- In a non stick frying pan, pour in the vegetable oil and heat on a medium temperature
- Fry the doughnut. You can sprinkle sugar on the hot doughnut or glaze with chocolate and enjoy
