- All purpose flour
- 200 Gram
- Melted butter or margarine
- 200 Gram
- Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon
- Milk flavor
- 30 Gram
- Milk
- 209 Gram
- Room temperature water
- 110 Gram
- Eggs
- 500 Milliliter
- Groundnut oil

- Measure the ingredients (Flour, Sugar, Margarine)
- Sieve the flour
- Add the sugar into the flour and mix together
- Add margarine and mix with your hand to form crumbs
- Add the egg, milk, milk flavor and water
- Then knead the flour
- Continue kneading till it form a dough and allow to rest for 10minutes
- Cut out from the dough and roll with a rolling pin
- Cut into desired shape
- Deep fry in a hot oil
- Then put the chinchin in a sieve to drain and allow to cool down
- Put in a airtight container to avoid spoilage
