Crunchy chinchin

Milky, tasty and crunchy chinchin

  1. Measure the ingredients (Flour, Sugar, Margarine)
  2. Sieve the flour
  3. Add the sugar into the flour and mix together
  4. Add margarine and mix with your hand to form crumbs
  5. Add the egg, milk, milk flavor and water
  6. Then knead the flour
  7. Continue kneading till it form a dough and allow to rest for 10minutes
  8. Cut out from the dough and roll with a rolling pin
  9. Cut into desired shape
  10. Deep fry in a hot oil
  11. Then put the chinchin in a sieve to drain and allow to cool down
  12. Put in a airtight container to avoid spoilage
