Crispy potato chips

Who doesn’t love a nice, crispy potato chips? This recipe is gonna make you fall more in love with potato chips

  1. Wash the potato very well
  2. Peel the skin off
  3. Slice the potato thinly with a mandolin or sharp knife
  4. Soak the sliced potato in cold water for 1 hour to remove the starch
  5. Sieve out the water
  6. Dry the soaked sliced potato with paper towel till it's completely dry
  7. Pour oil inside the pot enough to deep fry
  8. Allow the oil to heat up
  9. Then add in your potato and fry till light golden brown and crispy
  10. Your delicious, crispy potato chips is ready
