Who doesn’t love a nice, crispy potato chips? This recipe is gonna make you fall more in love with potato chips
- Wash the potato very well
- Peel the skin off
- Slice the potato thinly with a mandolin or sharp knife
- Soak the sliced potato in cold water for 1 hour to remove the starch
- Sieve out the water
- Dry the soaked sliced potato with paper towel till it's completely dry
- Pour oil inside the pot enough to deep fry
- Allow the oil to heat up
- Then add in your potato and fry till light golden brown and crispy
- Your delicious, crispy potato chips is ready
