Crispy fried chicken

Crispy fried chicken is very sumptuous and crispy that it will move your taste bud to another level all together. It is prepared by first marinating the meat for about an hour to allow the ingredients penetrate in the chicken muscle. After that you bring to boil before frying. It can be served as a side dish with chilly pepper sauce.

  1. Wash the chicken very well with salt and water.
  2. Add all your ingredients and stir together
  3. Cover and keep aside or put in the fridge and allow to marinate for about an hour or more
  4. Put the meat on heat and bring to steam before adding water to boil
  5. Cook to tender, remove from heat and put in a sieve
  6. Sprinkle a little Benny spice to it and toss the meat to mix very well
  7. In a deep frying pan, add enough oil and heat untill hot, add onions to it and fry until lightly brown
  8. Dish out in a plate and serve plain, as a side dish with main dish or as an appetizer with chilly pepper sauce
